The Senior Risk Manager will play a critical role in strengthening enterprise and operational risk frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing the risk culture across the organization.

Main Responsibilities
* Risk Management Framework: Develop and execute the risk management framework across the organization.
* Oversight and Guidance: Provide oversight and guidance on risk activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including APRA Prudential Standards.
* Risk Committee Support: Collaborate with the Risk Committee to provide reporting, insights, and risk assessments.
* Risk Registers and KRIs: Manage risk registers, key risk indicators (KRIs), and control assurance processes, identifying areas for improvement.
* Incident Management: Lead incident and breach management, including investigations and reporting, to minimize business impact.
* Risk Advice: Provide risk advice to business units on key projects, changes, and strategic initiatives, enabling informed decision-making.
* Culture Uplift: Contribute to the uplift of risk systems, processes, and culture, fostering a proactive risk-aware environment.
About You
* Experience: Extensive experience in risk management within financial services or related industries.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, industry guidelines, and fiduciary obligations.
* Skill Set: Skilled in enterprise and operational risk, incident management, and controls testing, with expertise in data analysis and problem-solving.
* Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with executive leadership, to ensure effective collaboration and issue resolution.
* Independence: Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment, making informed decisions with minimal supervision.
* Background: Background in risk, audit, or financial governance highly regarded, with a strong track record of delivering results in complex environments.
