Project Manager Role
Due to a large workbook and significant business growth, Stowe Australia one of Australia's largest Electrical & Communications Contractors, is seeking experienced Project Managers to join our Construction team.
This role is responsible for managing large construction teams and projects in the Melbourne area.
Key Responsibilities
* Management of design and drafting processes - note this is management of this process, and not completion of design and drafting directly
* Management of procurement, and major supplier and subcontractor orders
* Management of variation pricing and financial KPIs and outcomes
* Management of onsite office management team, and frontline construction teams
* Ensure all works comply with HSEQ systems and client requirements
* Work closely with clients, site teams, suppliers and subcontractors
About You
* Large Commercial Electrical and Communication Project Management experience
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills
* Organised, self-motivated and driven in fast paced environments
* Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Job management systems, Simpro, Autodesk Construction Cloud - ACC)
* Unrestricted A grade Electrical Licence (optional)
* Communications/fibre Licence (optional)
