We are seeking a part-time Psychologist to join our team at Cranbourne East Secondary College. This role involves managing a caseload of students, delivering evidence-based counseling, and collaborating with school staff to support student wellbeing.
* Manage a caseload of students, including developing and implementing strategies to promote student mental health and wellbeing.
* Deliver evidence-based counseling sessions to individuals or groups, using techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy.
* Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement programs to support student wellbeing, including developing policies and procedures to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:
* Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
* Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist.
* Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in an educational setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
