The Role
We are seeking an Advanced NDT Technician to join our team on a permanent full‑time basis at Olympic Dam, South Australia, working on a FIFO roster of 14 days on / 14 days off. This role reports to the Business Manager and offers a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with opportunities to collaborate with major clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out high‑integrity NDT and inspection work across various industry sectors, applying conventional and advanced methods.
* Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide clear, concise and relevant findings.
* Operate independently or within larger teams on short‑term assignments, shutdowns, major projects or maintenance campaigns.
* Offer support to Engineering and Metallurgy teams, as required, in non‑NDT tasks.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the mining industry.
* Previous NDT technician experience.
* ISO 9712 certification in MT, PT, UT, RT, ET and/or PAUT (any combination).
* Australian working rights.
* Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical including a drug & alcohol screen.
