Senior ServiceNow Development Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Development Manager to lead software development projects, write optimized code and provide technical leadership to a team of software engineers.
About the Role:
* This is a high-profile position that involves leading, managing and mentoring a development team including setting priorities allocating work and fostering a high-performance culture.
* You will be responsible for developing and maintaining development plans and schedules ensuring milestones are delivered on time within budget and of high quality.
* In partnership with clients and stakeholders you will apply strategic and systems expertise to design develop test and implement solutions in line with business requirements and frameworks and standards.
* You will collaborate with IT and business teams to develop best practices for ServiceNow development assist to document knowledge transfer materials and uplift agency capability.
* Performance testing maintenance and upgrades will be conducted regularly to ensure system stability.
* Liaising with technical teams and business area staff will facilitate rapid resolution of issues and/or faults within fielded ServiceNow applications and modules as well as those still under development.
* You will contribute to the continuous improvement of ServiceNow by monitoring keeping abreast of new features and functionalities and providing recommendations for development process and systems enhancements.
Requirements:
* A proven ability to lead manage and mentor a development team to deliver quality results on time and within budget using Agile methodology.
* Experience leading teams in designing developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications and integrations using best practices and standards.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft development practices platforms and technologies.
