Roles and Responsibilities :
* Analyze and develop technology driven business solutions to improve operational efficiency
* Translate complex requirements into tailored solutions that meet customer needs
* Apply best practices and contribute to thought leadership within the organisation
Skills and Experience Required :
* Deep industry experience in Billing and Credit management.
* Strong understanding of enterprise billing platforms and CRM systems
* Experience in elicitation of requirements and production of business requirements, including user stories and process documentation
* Experienced with writing user acceptance test scenarios and some test execution experience is helpful
* Able to engage with Solution Architects to determine if the solution is fit for purpose
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preference for candidates experienced with:
* Billing and CRM “package” (COTS) implementations and the associated packages (SAP, Oracle, SFDC etc) and associated methodologies including “Fit-Gap” approach etc.
Preferred Location
* Melbourne, with expected physical time in office of 3 days each week.
