As an Allied Health Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the Speech Pathology team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
Deliver a range of delegated individual and group therapy interventions.
Assist with patient transport, equipment setup and maintenance.
Prepare and implement therapy programs under supervision.
Contribute to accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
Support person-centred care in a safe and inclusive environment.
Participate in team meetings, service improvement initiatives and supervision.

You are a motivated, caring, and organised professional who enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications & Attributes
Experience delivering delegated clinical interventions under Allied Health supervision.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills with patients, carers, and colleagues.
Strong organisational and time management skills to meet priorities.
An understanding of your professional boundaries and when to seek guidance.
Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Current Blue Card and required vaccinations.
