Residential Services Manager - Broughton Hall

We are looking for an experienced leader to join our Broughton Hall residential home in Camberwell, home to 65 residents.
Our Broughton Hall home, although already charming, has improvement works scheduled for the inside and outside of the home.
This is a great time to join and oversee the effective delivery of these changes, and the impact it will have on the residents within the home.
Responsibilities
Manage and lead a diverse team of employees and volunteers
Respond quickly and effectively to issues including employee management, client complaints and serious incidents
Facilitate the effective use of quality and risk management information systems
Maintain financial performance targets including occupancy levels, AN-ACC management and budget outcomes
Implement relevant legislative and policy changes to maintain appropriate aged care standards
Foster and develop effective relationships with residents, their families, staff and volunteers
About you
To be successful in this role you will need:
Management experience in an aged or health care setting and current registration as a Registered (Division 1) Nurse with AHPRA
Experience with Aged Care legislative framework, including compulsory reporting requirements
Experience with the Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation Frameworks and requirements or similar
Knowledge of the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC), including its impact on business outcomes and a sound understanding of Occupational Health and Safety regulations
A passion for providing high quality service and continuous improvement to achieve results
Ideally living locally within 45 minutes of the home
Have or can obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, and to pass a Key Personnel Assessment
