What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for site-based roles
- Coordinate inductions and ensure a smooth, positive onboarding experience
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Be the first point of contact for HR queries and employee concerns
- Support initiatives that build engagement, satisfaction, and retention
- Champion Civilcast values across all interactions
Performance, Capability & Development
- Assist managers with performance and improvement plans
- Coordinate training and development activities to build workforce capability
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and support payroll/benefits processes
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and IR/ER requirements
Workplace Health & Safety
- Partner with the Safety Manager to promote WHS compliance
- Support safety initiatives and assist with incident investigations
General HR Support
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for site leadership
- Guide managers on HR and WHS processes in consultation with the HR & WHS team
What You'll Bring
- Experience in HR within manufacturing, a minimum of 3+ years experience
- A degree qualification in Human Resource management
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Confidence working on the ground, supporting frontline leaders
- Sound knowledge of HR processes, legislation and best practice
- A positive, proactive, "roll-up-your-sleeves" approach
