Overview
Cater Care seeks to appoint an enthusiastic Permanent Part-Time Chef at one of our key aged care sites in Elermore Vale, NSW. The roster is Saturday to Sunday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.

Responsibilities
* Preparing & presenting food for our residents
* Supporting bulk cooking operations
* Providing excellent customer service
* Maintaining a clean working setting
* Adhering to food & general safety practices
* Preparing and presenting texture‐modified foods
Experience
* Experience in hotels or restaurants is an advantage, especially in working under pressure, managing kitchen teams, and preparing dishes for large numbers of people
Qualifications
* Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
* A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
