About this role:
We are seeking a Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor to join our Department of Geography and Planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, delivering and coordinating practice-oriented teaching in undergraduate and postgraduate units in the Urban & Regional Planning program.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and delivering high-quality teaching programs in urban and regional planning at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
* Conducting online teaching using appropriate software and tools
* Coordinating courses, including course design, management, monitoring, renewal and review
* Developing new research initiatives, securing competitive research funding and producing quality research outputs
* Supervising higher degree by research candidates
* Building effective networks with colleagues and industry partners
