About the Role:
Help keep our 100,000 Earners and millions of customers safe. You will have the ability to contribute to how Uber continually improves the safety of our platform. You may be designing new mitigation practices, supporting implementation of current products or problem solving as a team with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. You will spend your time working with local teams in ANZ as well as global teams from the US, LATAM and Europe.
What You'll Do:
No one day is the same. Example of projects that you could be working on are:
Facilitating risk assessments when new product offerings are put on the platform
Working with our customer service teams to build processes and automations to improve the safety of our users
Reporting on incident data and other information to senior managers
What You'll Need:
Stakeholder management - effectively influence senior leaders in decision making to ensure the best health and safety outcomes
Go get it attitude - be willing to take initiative, take action and have a voice.
Ability to solve complex problems
Experienced facilitator, able to run workshops and confident to represent the team's position with senior stakeholders
Experience in health and safety management
Experience in basic SQL coding
