As an Account Executive, you will be a key player in driving software sales growth, focusing on both new logo acquisition and expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in enterprise sales and a proven ability to build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers. You'll be instrumental in the company's continued success by consistently exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities include:
* Meeting or exceeding sales quotas on a quarterly and annual basis.
* Accurately forecasting opportunity close dates and executing close plans to advance deals.
* Developing and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline (3x rolling pipeline) through consistent prospecting.
* Building and presenting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
* Engaging in regular outreach to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.
* Establishing and maintaining key relationships with assigned customer accounts.
* Delivering compelling presentations and high-level product demonstrations.
* Maintaining impeccable records in Salesforce with accurate customer, opportunity, and activity information.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
* 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of enterprise software sales quota attainment.
* A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
* A customer-focused, results-driven mindset and excellent communication skills.
* The ability to be a strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence to navigate complex sales processes.
* The flexibility to work effectively as both a team player and an individual contributor.
* Non-English language skills are highly regarded (e.g., Chinese, Japanese, Thai).
