Office Coordinator Role
We are seeking an Office Coordinator to manage day-to-day administrative tasks.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
o Nurture long-lasting relationships with clients
o Process orders and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
o Carry out general administrative duties
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, previous experience in a call centre environment preferably, and be able to work efficiently under pressure.
