Account Manager Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional results.
About the Job
This is a full-time position that requires a strong focus on quality over quantity recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the built environment. You will be responsible for managing client portfolios, attending and leading client meetings, negotiation, finalizing placements, and providing mentorship and guidance to junior consultants.
Key Responsibilities
* Business development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
* Client portfolio management: Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
* Client meetings: Attend and lead client meetings to discuss business needs and identify opportunities
* Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business
* Placement finalization: Finalize placement of candidates with clients
* Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants to help them develop their skills and knowledge
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in recruitment and/or business development
* A strong understanding of the built environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A self-motivated individual with a drive to succeed
* The ability to work well autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
