Role Overview
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in both acute and community settings to join our team in a phone based Clinical Nurse Triage role. This position focuses on delivering a high level customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, supporting client admissions and ensuring appropriate client outcomes.
This is a permanent Part‐time role (16 hours per week), based in our Forest Hill office with work from home flexibility. The role operates on a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday between 7am and 8pm. Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is preferred.
Responsibilities
* Respond to service delivery demands in the most efficient, effective, calm and professional manner.
* Utilize your sound nursing skills to assess the situation and provide recommendations based on the customers' needs.
* Work and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
* Utilize systems and platforms available to track and record information that can contribute to clinical research and best practice activities.
* Attend to continence phone admissions.
Qualifications
* Bachelor of Nursing qualifications and AHPRA registration.
* 4+ years experience as a Registered Nurse with sound generalist nursing skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent computer & keyboard competency including practical knowledge of MS Office Suite.
* Highly developed communication skills with demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
* Genuine interest in community nursing.
* Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate, etc).
* Police Check (valid within the last 3 years).
