About us
The Nursing Practice Development Unit (NPDU) is a centralised education team working collaboratively across QEII Jubilee Hospital and Metro South Health. The team promotes a culture of learning within the organisation and supports a range of learning and development activities for nurses. The team is comprised of the Nursing Director Education PA‐QEII Network, Nurse Educators (NE) and Clinical Facilitators (CF) who are aligned to the Divisional streams and work collaboratively with the Director of Nursing, Nursing Directors, Nurse Unit Managers and Clinical Nurse Consultants (CNCs). NPDU Medical is a part of the Medical Division and has a dedicated NE and a team of Clinical Facilitators aligned under the Nursing Practice Development Unit.
