Position Overview

Reporting to the State Manager Vic/Tas, you will play a key role in driving profitable growth, strengthening customer relationships, and leading a high performing sales team across the region. This position will work closely with operations, customer service, finance and branch teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes and an exceptional customer experience.

This is a hands- on leadership opportunity suited to someone who thrives in a fast- paced environment and enjoys balancing team leadership, customer engagement and commercial accountability.

What You Will Do

* Lead, coach and develop the VIC & TAS sales team to achieve sales and revenue targets
* Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships across the region
* Develop and execute sales strategies aligned to business objectives and commercial targets
* Manage forecasting, budgets, pricing and overall sales performance across the region
* Collaborate with operations, finance and customer service teams to deliver strong customer outcomes

What We Require

* Proven experience in a Sales Manager or State Sales leadership role
* Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting and sales targets
* Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high performing teams
* Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills
* Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools

* Experience within architectural hardware, automated doors, building products or construction-related industries
* Experience managing regional or state-based sales operations
* Background in sales, business or related disciplines
* Practical, hands- on leadership style
* Experience working within a fast- paced, customer- focused environment
