Job Opportunity: Business Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Business Operations Coordinator.
The primary responsibility of this position will be to provide administrative support to our head office and site teams. This includes coordinating tasks, preparing documents, and maintaining shared spreadsheets.
Additionally, the successful candidate will assist with clinician onboarding tasks, such as collecting information, updating internal records, and file management. They will also be responsible for coordinating inbox management for shared email accounts.
In terms of marketing efforts, the Business Operations Coordinator will assist with creating and scheduling social media content, updating website content, and coordinating marketing collateral for sites. They will also support email campaigns and newsletters, as well as track basic marketing metrics and compile simple reports.
