What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinating group bookings and supporting travel agents and partners
* Managing reservations and assisting with online bookings and communications across multiple channels (Rezdy, SiteMinder, Booking.com, Ctrip, Expedia)
* Learning about our day trips, activities, and accommodation types
* Participating in training visits to Tangalooma Island Resort —including seasonal whale watching experiences
What We're Looking For
* Fluent Mandarin speaker (spoken and written)
* Experience in travel agency, retail, or wholesale travel preferred
* OR currently studying a Travel & Tourism qualification
* Comfortable with variable shifts —we operate 7 days a week
* Tech-savvy with experience or interest in online booking platforms and travel reservation systems
* Friendly, professional, and eager to learn
