As part of the ANZ business, we connect exceptional talent with exciting opportunities across our network and provide full partnership throughout the process — we also work on international recruitment projects and campaigns that require talent pooling for Australian / New Zealand businesses directly.
Your new role We're looking for a Sourcing Consultant / Talent Partner to join our Globalink team within Hays. This full-time, permanent role is based in our London office. This position offers a hybrid working model.
Globalink is a specialist team dedicated to engage highly skilled professionals with opportunities in Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you'll play a key part in sourcing top talent for our AUS/NZ business.
Due to an internal move, we have an opportunity to welcome a new member to the Globalink team. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping the future of international mobility and helping professionals take the next step in their careers.
Responsibilities
* Own your market: Become the go-to expert for a specialist talent segment in the AUS/NZ region.
* Source proactively: Use market insights and innovative strategies to identify top candidates.
* Build partnerships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor in talent acquisition.
* Attend multiple candidate and networking events in London and other locations in the UK - to promote Globalink and the service.
* Create impact: Craft compelling job adverts and select the best platforms to attract high-quality applications.
* Deliver exceptional candidate experience: Screen, interview, and guide candidates through every step.
* Coordinate seamlessly: Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers across regions.
* Drive sourcing strategies, execute innovative talent acquisition initiatives, and lead collaborations with stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes
What you'll need to succeed
* Recruitment sourcing or Talent Acquisition experience is essential.
* Knowledge of Australia or New Zealand job markets (through work or travel) is advantageous.
* Strong candidate management skills—this is a pure sourcing role with no business development.
* Excellent communication, driven to build ongoing relationships across different regions.
* Ambitious and proactive mindset with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Confident in your ability to network and represent the Hays brand
