About The Role And The Key Responsibilities
* Establish and nurture relationships with past customers and potential customers to facilitate sales
* Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the customer journey
* Follow sales procedures designed to increase conversion rates and improve incoming sales interactions
* Read and develop floor plans
* High level of communication with customers in person, by phone and by email
* Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services with full training to be provided
* Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
* One to two years of experience in a relevant area of Sales or Marketing, one building industry favourable
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people daily
* Familiarity with relevant software, including Outlook
* Ability to contact customers, complete sales and manage other tasks independently
* Time management and prioritization skills to meet tight deadlines and close sales in a timely manner
* Willingness to adapt and implement new sales methods
* Flooring experience will be advantageous.
* Driver's licence is essential
