We are seeking an experiencedSeniorBusiness Analyst to join a large-scale Commercial Insurance Transformation Program focused on modernising and harmonising intermediary business products across a complex enterprise platform environment, who has excellent documentation skills.
You will play a key role in documenting, analysing, and managing requirements across multiple business and technology domains including Product, POTO, Underwriting, Pricing, Data & Reporting, and Documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the analysis, documentation, and management of business and functional requirements across the program
* Produce high-quality requirements documentation, process artefacts, and delivery outputs
* Work across multiple streams including:
o Product
o POTO
o Underwriting
o Pricing
o Data & Reporting
o Documentation
* Assist with documenting customer and policy documentation requirements and outputs
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, Delivery Teams, and BA Leads
* Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, walkthroughs, and stakeholder discussions
* Ensure documentation standards, governance, traceability, and version control processes are maintained
* Contribute across discovery, pre-design, and delivery phases of the program
* Support alignment between business requirements and customer-facing documentation outcomes
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large-scale transformation programs
* Strong experience eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements
* Excellent documentation and requirements management capability
* Experience within Commercial Insurance environments
* Exposure to intermediary or enterprise insurance platforms highly regarded
* Strong understanding of both business processes and technology delivery
* Ability to simplify complex requirements into clear, structured, customer-friendly documentation
* Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills
* Experience working across multiple concurrent workstreams within fast-paced delivery environments
* High attention to detail with a strong quality assurance mindset
Highly Regarded
* Experience with Guidewire
* Exposure to SmartCOMM / Smart Communications platforms
* Experience across underwriting, pricing, policy administration, or insurance product transformation programs
