About the Role
The Property Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and cultivating new opportunities, conducting routine property inspections and preparing documents for landlords and tenants.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
* Identify and cultivate new opportunities for clients' investments and assets.
* Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
* Prepare and manage documents related to tenancy agreements, rental income and other property-related matters.
This role requires excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, as well as attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
