This entry-level IT traineeship offers hands-on experience in IT support, hardware repair, desktop support, and field technician work, supporting customers across Rockhampton and Central Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
* Bench and onsite computer repairs and troubleshooting
* Desktop and IT support for workstations, notebooks, servers, and printers
* Basic network support and peripheral setup
* Assisting senior technicians with field service calls
