Looking for a seasonal job this summer? Join PROGRAMMED working the Harvest! We have roles at Oaklands, NSW with our national client Cargill. As a Harvest casual, you'll play a crucial role in GrainFlow operations, facilitating grain receival and storage across multiple storage centres.
Responsibilities
Grain Samplers: Sampling and testing grain; provide exceptional customer service to growers and suppliers; collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth grain flow; utilize data entry skills to record sample details and results. Comprehensive training provided.
Grain Handlers: Receive full training to operate and maintain grain storage machinery; safely load and unload grain from trucks and other equipment; employ productive shovelling, sweeping and handling techniques; assist with grain transfer and blending operations; participate in bulk storage tasks including tarping and bunker work.
Weighbridge Operators: Full training for weighbridge operation and record-keeping; greet and assist drivers; accurately weigh and record grain quantities; ensure compliance with safety and regulatory procedures; provide excellent customer service.
Plant Operators: Safely operate and maintain mobile equipment (Front-End Loaders, Telehandlers, Water Trucks); support loading and unloading of grain trucks and railcars; assist with site maintenance and cleaning; work with the team to achieve production targets; prioritise safety at all times.
