About the Role:
Guest Services Assistants play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our guests. Their responsibilities include managing bookings, allocating accommodation, processing check-ins and check-outs, compiling reports, and performing various administrative and retail tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process bookings and allocate accommodation efficiently
* Manage check-ins and check-outs while ensuring seamless guest experiences
* Compile reports to track performance and improve processes
* Perform administrative and retail duties as required
Requirements:
To excel in this role, applicants should have relevant work experience in hospitality or administration, proficiency in using hotel management software packages (preferably RMS), excellent computer and organizational skills, strong teamwork attitude, outstanding communication skills, passion for delivering top-notch customer service, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
