About The Opportunity
Are you a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact? Join the Community Nursing team at Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD), where your expertise will help individuals live independently, manage chronic health conditions, recover from illness, and maintain dignity in their own homes.

In this rewarding role, you will deliver clinical services including wound care, catheter and continence management and may be required to assist Community Registered Nurses delivering care to palliative clients. Be part of a supportive and professional team committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care across the Central Coast community.

The Enrolled Nurse is an integral part of the nursing team, working under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse to support and care for patients.

Role
This position plays a key role in ensuring continuity of care and enhancing the overall patient experience. In this role you will:

* Assist patients with activities of daily living.
* Provide physical and psychological comfort and support to patients.
* Assists with patient assessment including observation and monitoring of health status.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to promote a supportive environment.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:

* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner regulation Agency as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with a Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia approved qualification for administration of medication (including intravenous medication administration).
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Recent relevant experience in the specialty area.
* Committed to teamwork within a multidisciplinary environment.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload.
