Job Description

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
* Support payroll processes with accurate data entry and reporting.
* Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
* Assist with performance review processes and training coordination.
* Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with workplace policies and employment legislation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR/Recruitment Coordinator should have:
* Experience or education in Human Resources, recruitment, or a related field.
