About the Role
As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.
This includes leading the team, visual merchandising, managing deliveries and stock, as well as coaching the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the store.
You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and manage controllable costs for the store.
In the absence of the Store Manager, you will be expected to lead the store and team effectively.
You will also be responsible for supporting the training of the team in customer service, product knowledge and operational responsibilities.
Providing timely feedback to team members is crucial to their growth and development within the company.
Regular Sunday work is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
