 
        
        We are looking for an experienced **Tenders Manager** to be a part of our Medical Device Finance team. Based at our head office in **Macquarie Park**, this role would suit someone who has a finance background and has worked with Tender management for a global organisation. 
Working in this role you would manage all ANZ public tenders for the Abbott Medical division, acting as a key contact for Abbott medical tenders and looking after pricing management and other reporting requirements for Abbott Medical. 
**Your responsibilities include (and not limited to)**: 
New Tenders/Tender Renewals 
- Responsible in reviewing, analysing, coordinating internal stakeholders and completing all submissions of tenders/variations for Abbott Medical ANZ (particularly CRM and HF divisions) working closely with the Corporate Accounts Director and Regional Sales Managers to determine each tender strategy 
- Create and coordinate the project team and SME’s, in conjunction with the Corporate Accounts Director, to ensure all tender arrangements and deliverables are managed in a coordinated manner and delivery within a defined tender schedule. 
Awarded Tender Management 
- Finalise Execution of Tender Contract 
- Ensure compliance with tender pricing commitment 
- Contract management - Responsible for ensuring contract clause reviews from commercial and legal perspective during the lifecycle of the contract, ensuring variations are communicated/agreed 
- Manage post award activities including communication of results, facilitation of post-tender contractual obligations including post tender reporting and quarterly analysis in conjunction with the Corporate Accounts Director. 
Pricing Management 
- Ensure compliance with local and corporate pricing policy across the business in conjunction with other Commercial team members. 
- Manage process on pricing updates within CRM and EPHF divisions including master List price reviews. 
Reporting 
- Responsible for all Tender reporting requirements in conjunction with the Corporate Accounts Director 
- Assist Commercial Finance team in development and ongoing reporting requirements for Abbott Medical. 
**Who we’re looking for**: 
- Tertiary qualifications in finance or business-related field essential. 
- 5+ years of experience in a tenders role/ pricing maintenance with transparent demonstration of strong project management and organizational skills 
- Demonstrated experience implementing contract, tender and supplier management strategies and techniques including strong negotiation skills and ability to successfully manage tender evaluation processes (leading to contract award for tenders) 
- Medical Device industry experience preferred 
- Working knowledge of business, finance and accounting fundamentals including U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
