About the Role
This is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for overseeing major incidents and problems. It requires strong technical expertise and sound judgment to navigate complex issues effectively.
* Experience in telecom support engineering and incident management is highly valued.
* Proficiency in Linux based applications and database support is essential for success in this role.
* Familiarity with Perl, Python, Java, DevOps Tools, Kubernetes, Rancher, Grafana, DNS, DHCP, WebMail, Database and Application clusters, Airflow, Ansible etc. is required.
Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience in the telecom OSS Domain (2+ years) is mandatory.
2. The ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple priorities is crucial.
