About The Role
Personal Banking Team Leader at our Beaudesert branch. Full-time, 38‐hour week. Deliver exceptional customer service, coach a team of seven, build team performance, support branch success, promote products and services in a community‐focused way, and develop expertise in consumer and home lending.
Responsibilities
* Deliver personalised customer service and tailored banking solutions to members.
* Coach, develop and empower a team of seven staff.
* Build and enhance team performance.
* Support the overall success of the branch with the Branch Manager.
* Promote Queensland Country Bank's products and services in a proactive, community‐focused way.
* Assist customers with consumer and home lending solutions.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Demonstrated leadership experience.
* Effective sales, listening and communication skills.
* Capacity to lead change in small teams.
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced, busy environment.
* Positive adaptability to change.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* High school certificate or similar qualification.
* Financial experience.
* Lending experience (desired).
