The Role
Working collaboratively with the Store Manager you'll lead a high‑performing team focused on delivering Exceptional Retail Experiences. You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors values: LEADERSHIP, CARE, ACCOUNTABILITY, TRANSPARENCY and INNOVATION. Your day‑to‑day will involve leading by example, developing your team through hands‑on coaching, attracting and retaining top talent, driving operational excellence and fostering a strong, positive culture within your store.
To be successful in this role you will have :
* Proven leadership experience as an Assistant Store Manager confidently guiding your team to achieve strong results.
* Commitment in delivering Exceptional Retail Experiences.
* A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs with a results‑driven mindset.
