Human Resources Professional
We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Professional to join our dynamic team.
The role will play a key part in driving organisational success by ensuring that performance management processes are effective, streamlined, and aligned with company goals.
You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, managers, team leaders and employees to foster and support a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and development.
The Human Resources Professional will lead and manage the full performance management cycle, including setting performance expectations, delivering feedback, and conducting evaluations.
They will design and implement performance appraisal and development systems and processes that are fair, transparent, and support employee growth.
Developing leaders, managers and employees so that they are equipped and engaged to proactively participate in our performance management cycle and processes is crucial for this role.
The professional will analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improving overall workforce performance.
Providing expert advice and guidance to leadership on performance management best practices and legal considerations is also an essential task.
Additional responsibilities include creating learning and development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and achieve their professional goals.
Monitoring and evaluating employee engagement and satisfaction as it relates to performance management processes will be also conducted.
And last but not least, handling sensitive performance-related issues and resolving conflicts in a fair and professional manner.
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience in performance management, talent development or HR consulting (minimum 5 years) is necessary for this role.
Strong knowledge of HR systems, performance management software and evaluation tools is required.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict-resolution skills are also crucial for this position.
Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies is also required.
Understanding employment laws and compliance related to employee performance is also a must.
