Genus Industrial Services is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our Perth-based team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role supporting the successful delivery of major infrastructure and resources projects across Western Australia.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide high-level administrative and project support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and smooth project delivery. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide end-to-end project administration support to the project team
* Manage project documentation, correspondence, and reporting
* Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track actions
* Assist with onboarding of personnel, including mobilisation and compliance
* Support procurement processes including raising purchase orders and tracking invoices
* Maintain project registers, cost tracking, and data entry
* Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
* Assist with reporting requirements and project deliverables
About You
* Proven experience as a Project Administrator within construction, mining, or engineering projects
* Strong knowledge of project administration processes and systems
* Experienced with ERP and document management platforms (e.g. Pronto, SAP, Aconex or similar)
* Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail
* Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate challenges and think creatively
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Previous experience supporting mobilisation activities, working closely with recruitment and site administration teams
* Familiarity with mobilisation processes for major clients such as FMG, Rio Tinto, or BHP
