Design Practice Leader
We are seeking a visionary Design Practice Leader to spearhead our design strategy, drive business growth and elevate our presence in the market.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in agile leadership and business growth. You will have extensive experience in consulting and work-winning in the built environment, as well as a deep understanding of industry trends and relationships.
The ideal candidate will be a Registered Architect with national or international recognition, possessing distinctive competence in large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects. They will have a collaborative and adaptable approach, empowering high-performance teams to deliver exceptional results.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Spearhead business development and client engagement across the Property and Buildings sector
* BUILD and nurture a powerful network of internal experts and strategic external partners
* Drive collaboration with P&B teams across the APAC Region
* Ensure GHD remains a market and technical leader in the design of the built environment
Requirements:
* Proven track record in agile leadership and business growth
* Deep industry relationships and passion for design excellence
* Extensive consulting and work-winning experience in the built environment
* Registered Architect
* Nationally or internationally recognised as a professional leader providing distinctive competence in large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects
* Market-facing and established network with engagement of clients across a range of sub-sectors
