Your new role
As the Accounts Payable Officer, you'll take ownership of end‐to‐end AP responsibilities in a dynamic environment that supports essential operational activities. You'll process high volumes of invoices, match purchase orders, code and enter invoices, manage approval workflows, and resolve discrepancies with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
You'll work closely across multiple departments, manage competing priorities, assist with small projects, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives. This is an onsite role with an immediate start, suited to someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast‐paced setting.
What you'll need to succeed
* Solid experience in Accounts Payable
* Confident, social, and comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels
* Strong project management and prioritisation skills
* A continuous improvement mindset and the determination to streamline processes
* TechOne experience is highly desirable but not essential
