Job Opportunity
* Reconcile policy, claims, and disputes data with regulatory production, actuarial, and finance teams by cross-checking and validating information to ensure accuracy.
* Identify manual data processes and develop automated workflows, scripts, and data pipelines using SQL, Python, VBA, or other tools to streamline data management and analysis.
* Support high-quality regulatory and internal reporting, including ASIC and APRA returns and submissions, by providing accurate and timely data insights.
* Maintain business glossary and document data processes, lineage, and reconciliation logic to enhance transparency and understanding across teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 3+ years experience in data-focused roles, with exposure across data management, analytics, or regulatory reporting, along with a strong understanding of data processing and analysis.
* Strong SQL skills and experience with scripting or automation tools to automate data workflows and improve efficiency.
