More about the role
As a Supply Planner You Will
* Ensure the efficient and effective supply of products through the process of balancing demand from Markets with supply from internal/external suppliers.
* Have active involvement in the New Product Introduction & Launch (NPDL) and product Life Cycle Management (LCM) processes.
* Collaborate with suppliers, share and review relevant planning information, and receive supplier commitment.
* Perform weekly PDCA cycle on FG supplier lead times and responsiveness.
* Set & maintain supply planning parameters in SAP & drive delivery performance of portfolio with healthy stock levels.
* Manage MRP as relevant.
* Check/verify the 12-month rolling intake plan weekly to ensure accurate demand signals are passed to manufacturing plants/suppliers.
* Review the supply plan with suppliers to highlight risks (components shortages, capacity constraints, etc.), and devise mitigation plans.
* Manage product phase in/out to ensure availability and minimize inventory obsolescence.
* Manage inventory levels for assigned product groups across the APAC region to meet availability targets.
* Run continuous improvement projects according to Lean principles to drive Order & Delivery (O&D) performance.

* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
* Experience in an operational environment.
* Pragmatic and strong analytical skills (Power BI, Excel, Power Query, etc.).
* Programming skills for dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics, Power Query, etc.).
* Understanding of Lean principles and practices.
* Fluent English mandatory.
* SAP knowledge.
* Teamwork.
* Decision making and problem solving.
