The role of Administrative Officer Level 3 - Discharge Patient Flow Concierge (DPFC) involves providing administrative and clerical support to improve patient experience and access KPIs. Reporting to the Mental Health Division, this position focuses on supporting mental health patients from admission to discharge. The primary location is Shellharbour Hospital, with potential work elsewhere within the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District.
