As a member of the Risk Management – Aggregate Risk Technology team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a transformative technology platform for multiple business groups. This will include directly engaging our users to understand the current state business process and providing input on data architecture, data modelling, aggregation, and integration capabilities of the platform. Your key responsibilities will include: Gather and document business requirements Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to understand current business process needs and challenges. Contribute to end-to-end solution design in a way that demonstrates understanding of and incorporates the functional requirement of business stakeholders Produce high quality artefacts capturing data requirements, functional specifications, transformation rules and complex data maps for multi system data convergence. You will need to bring to the role: Strong background with at least 5+ years' experience in an Agile environment as a Data or Technical Business Analyst, or similar roles Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage a diverse sets of stakeholders Excellent communication and relationship management skills to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders Strong collaboration and communication with technical and non-technical colleagues Good understanding of data architecture principles Experience working in large-scale transformation projects within complex enterprise environments Extensive, hands-on data analysis experience – including a thorough appreciation of how data flows through systems, relationships between data, and data granularity Background in Financial Risk management or Finance Experience with quality assurance activities and testing data warehouses/databases, software and ETL systems is desirable About the Corporate Operations Group The Corporate Operations Group brings together specialist support services in Digital Transformation & Data, Technology, Operations, Human Resources, Business Services, Business Improvement & Strategy, and the Macquarie Group Foundation.
