What You'll
DoThis role sits within our Funds Management and Capital Partnering team and plays a key part in delivering accurate reporting, commercial analysis and governance support. You will play an important role in helping Stockland create long term value for investors, partners and communities. In this role you wil
l:Support financial, statutory and management reporting activities for capital partnership
s.Assist with capital transactions, operational processes and governance framework
s.Provide commercial insights through strong financial analysis and high-quality reportin
g.Support compliance, controls and tax related activities in collaboration with Group Finance and Ta
x.Work closely with Commercial Finance, Group Finance, Tax, Legal, Treasury and Technolog
y.Contribute to improvements in accuracy, efficiency and scalability across the funds management platfor
m.

arly.Understanding of statutory reporting, governance requirements and tax compliance. Funds experience is advantag
eous.Ability to manage relationships with auditors, fund administrators, tax advisors or external service provi
ders.Knowledge of financial controls, accounting standards and process improvement methodolo
