* Responsibilities will include:
o Leading client-facing project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong stakeholder satisfaction.
o Driving business development initiatives, identifying and pursuing new project opportunities and nurturing long-term client partnerships.
o Managing internal design teams and overseeing engineering assessments across complex, multi-client projects.
o Representing us in industry forums, client presentations, and strategic meetings to enhance market presence.
Key qualifications include:
* Proven experience in a design consultancy environment, with a strong track record of client engagement and project leadership.
* Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or equivalent.
* Accreditation in NSW (Certifier - Fire Safety) - formerly C10 Category.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages of delivery.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for building client relationships and growing business pipelines.
* High level of technical expertise in fire safety design, analysis, and risk assessment.
