The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking casual Laundry and Housekeeping Assistants to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, have a strong sense of responsibility, and enjoy contributing to the well-being of others in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality laundry and cleaning services across the facility.
* Perform general cleaning of residential rooms and common areas.
* Operate laundry equipment and manage linen services.
* Adhere to infection control, WHS, and cleaning protocols.
* Use chemicals and equipment safely and appropriately.
* Work both independently and as part of a team to meet facility standards.
* Communicate respectfully with residents, staff, and visitors.
About You:
We are looking for team members who have:
* Previous cleaning or laundry experience (aged care or hospital setting highly regarded).
* Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
* Ability to work under limited supervision and follow established routines.
* Strong attention to detail and time management.
* Good physical fitness to undertake manual work.
* Understanding of infection control and workplace safety practices.
* Excellent verbal and written skills.
* A National History Criminal Record Check (NHCRC).
* Full working rights.
* Must be willing to have annual influenza vaccination.
* Must have availability to work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
