Spanline ACT is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our finance team. Our work is diverse and interesting and covers 3 large Spanline Franchise areas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Bank reconciliations.
* Job Cost accounting.
* Invoicing.
* Payables.
* Payroll.
* Assisting the Finance Manager information systems, analysis and reporting.
* Willingness to learn and adapt as the business grows.
Requirements and Attributes:
This position is suited to an experienced bookkeeper/accountant who enjoys a team environment, helping their colleagues and clients alike.
* A solid working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent phone manner and communication skills
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Experience working with Xero is advantageous
* Immaculate presentation and helpful manner
* Great organisational skills and a positive attitude will put you in a great position to thrive.
