Trainee Customer Service Officer | Community Bank Wyong | NSW role at Bendigo Bank. This position provides on-the-job training to help customers with transactions, educate them on online platforms and tools, and recommend the bank’s products and services to support their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Be the face of the branch, engaging with customers to help them reach their goals while learning tools, products and processes

- Build connections by supporting customers, giving back to the community, and contributing to a positive branch culture
- Assist customers with transactions and guidance on digital banking options

- Customer service experience is a plus but not essential; starting out in your career is welcome
Training and chance
Based in Community Bank Wyong, you will undertake paid on-the-job training to achieve a Certificate III in Financial Services, in conjunction with a registered training organisation. The role includes a 2-year, full-time contract with salary aligned to the National Training Award. Depending on business needs, there may be potential for ongoing opportunities beyond the training period.
