The opportunity:
The Graphic Designer role is a dynamic position responsible for interpreting briefs, conceptualising visuals, and creating marketing assets for a variety of media and platforms. This role requires creativity, adaptability, and strong time management skills to deliver high-quality designs that align with our brand identity.
You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to produce engaging content that meets business objectives while maintaining consistency across all channels. The position demands flexibility, as priorities can shift quickly, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
What you will do:
* Interpret briefs and conceptualise creative visuals for marketing campaigns and assets.
* Design content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
* Manage competing priorities and schedule tasks in Asana to meet deadlines.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
* Adapt quickly to changing priorities and jump into projects at any stage as needed.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to balance creative vision and feedback.
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of creative work.
* Ability to work under constant, tight deadlines and deliver on time.
* Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
* Proficiency in creating content with minimal briefing, guided by brand style guides.
* Flexibility and agility to move between tasks and projects seamlessly.
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate and negotiate with stakeholders.
