In partnership with the ADF and the Commonwealth, Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) provides aircraft maintenance and upgrades, component maintenance solutions, technical support, mission-critical infrastructure support and training on some of the most capable surveillance, command, control, and combat platforms in the world.
BDA is seeking atraining Instructional Systems Designer who will provide the full spectrum of training support for the BDA Battlespace Communications System (BCS) training team located in Brisbane, Queensland.
Responsibilities will include:
* Involvement in the Training Needs Analysis process
* Conduct of the design and development of training artefacts
* Development of innovative, relevant and engaging training solutions
* Conduct of evaluations and update of training artefacts
* SME support for instructors in their preparation and conduct of training
* Effective engagement with customer representatives and subject matter experts.
To be successful you will have:
* Demonstrated experience in the development of the full spectrum of training (essential)
* Experience with the development of training in the defence environment (desirable)
* Interpersonal skills to work in a multi-team environment.
