The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care services to clients. This involves leading daily operations and strategic direction, overseeing teams, and managing compliance with industry standards.
This includes preparing and reviewing key documents, implementing effective management systems, and ensuring staff are well-trained and qualified. The Operations Manager will also build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, represent the company in meetings and external engagements, and be responsible for after-hours matters as required.
